This movie is the most creative movie currently. The acting is great. The director give this movie a distictive edge with all the special effects.

This was a very interesting movie experience. During the entire movie you aren't quite sure if you are watching a cartoon with words constantly appearing on the screen, an action flick, or if you are in a video game. This movie appealed both to my preteen with all of the action and video game references but it did have some comedic adult subject matter. Overall both my daughter, my son and myself enjoyed this movie which is often difficult to obtain!

Charlie St. Cloud Viewer Reviews
Charlie St. Cloud

Of course I first wanted to see this movie because I am a big Zac Efron fan, and like every time I go to see one of his movies, he did not dissapoint me. His acting was phenomenal. He is really proving himself to be able to make a huge mark on the world as an actor. In Charlie St Cloud he showed emotion and intensity that we have not yet seen in Efron. Aside from the outstanding acting, the movie plot line was intriguing, exciting, and very emotional. Every moment was suspenseful and dramatic. Overall, I honestly would give this movie five stars. Well done Cast and Crew of Charlie St Cloud.

The idolized hunk Zac Efron stars in this romantic fantasy about a guilt-ridden young man who is stuck in the past. To his credit he gives a solid performance as the brooding loner, Charlie St. Cloud, while his handsome face and chiseled, sensuous body will appeal to many ladies. But a shallow and formulaic screenplay doesn't do him justice as he stares blankly into the sky all too often. The boring and uninspiring dialogue doesn't help much either. The film is just too pretentious, and it lacks the momentum and dramatic effect to succeed.

On the other hand, the scenery in British Columbia is eye catching. Cinematography is great. The sailing boat episodes are entertaining. The comely Amanda Crew is quite charming. And the bare-chested Zac Efron will please a lot of female moviegoers.

Eat Pray Love Viewer Reviews
Eat Pray Love

Eat Pray Love is an enjoyable trip with Julia Roberts on a personal spiritual journey. The movie's downfall is its hollywood style unrealistic privileged white girl goes to Indonesia and becomes best buds with the Medicine Man, theme. Despite this, the movie is deeply touching and challenges the viewer to look at his or her own fears of intimacy and past. The movie is positive and leaves the viewer with material to stew in the mind long after.

I found this to be a very inspirational and motivational movie. Julia Roberts does a fantastic job playing a woman who needs to find herself after a very painful divorce. Her journey through Italy, India, and Bali reveals some gorgeous scenery and landscapes, as well as revealing the emotional and soul searching struggles she undergoes to discover her true self. I recommend this film to everyone because there is a part of us all that can relate to this enlightening adventure.

Inception Viewer Reviews
Inception

INCEPTION is an intriguing and innovative attempt by director Christopher Nolan to explore the world of dream invasions and subconscious mind travel. Leonardo DiCaprio, as Dom Cobb, is a master thief adept at invading a person's dreams and extracting corporate secrets. Now he must invade their mind at multiple levels and implant an idea that will evolve into reality, a case of inception.

The film moves along quite well with past paced action. But the dialogue becomes repetitive at the expense of discussing the more interesting aspects of mind travel. There are dreams, dreams within dreams, and dreams within dreams within dreams. Special rules are made up as the story evolves to control the action at each dream level. This becomes confusing and irritating for the moviegoer, but in this case, it is necessary for the plot to develop.

After two hours of enduring this sci-fi thriller plagued by tediousness and boredom, I made an unscheduled visit to the restroom. There I decided to forgo the last half hour of the film, and allow one of my deep dream states to fabricate a satisfying ending for this film. INCEPTION is NOT the epic movie of the decade that some people think it is. As a mind blowing cinematic experience, it failed. Nevertheless, it is a bold, engrossing film that creatively explores the unexplored world of multilevel mind travel. As such, it is well worth seeing.

The Kids are All Right Viewer Reviews
The Kids are All Right

The outstanding performances of the talented Annette Bening and sexy Julianne Moore make this comedy the best film of the summer. It is a sophisticated, insightful, and humorous movie with realistic characters whose touching humanity and foibles are traits we all can relate to. The film revolves around the relationship between two aging lesbian partners and their family struggles to raise their two children. The comic misadventures start when their curious 18 year old daughter seeks out her sperm donor, who is later invited to have dinner with the family. Their awkward encounters with Paul, the sperm donor, reveal the family's conflicting personalities, their daily struggles, and their uneven character development. These serious themes are addressed in a realistic, heartfelt manner with a healthy dose of wit. You can't help but being drawn into the lives and experiences of this family due to their stark realism and persevering cohesiveness. This is easily an Academy Award winning film!

The Twilight Saga - Eclipse Viewer Reviews
The Twilight Saga - Eclipse

The effects of this movie were cool.
I thought it was better than the other two Twilight movies. They followed the book pretty closely. Also, I thought Taylor Launtner was a good choice for Jacob. I recommend seeing this movie if you've read the books!

Although the movie ECLIPSE does drag a bit in many of the scenes, the intense performances of Bella, Edward, and Jacob make it well worth seeing. Elements of their relationship evolve into an old-fashion romance. More of the physical side of Jacob is seen, and the perplexities of Bella's decision are revealed. The cinematography is unsurpassed with the forests, mountains, and landscape, while the set design, make-up, and action sequences are top notch. This film focuses more on the interrelationships between the three characters than on vicious, werewolf fighting. It's well worth standing in line to see it!

Grown Ups

I was quite surprised by this movie. I took my teenager and was expecting another one of Adam Sandler's goofy movies, but I actually found it to be quite amusing. Another thing that threw me for a loop was all of the other actors, usually when they have more than one "star" it just turns out that they are using the names to sell tickets. This was not the case. This is the best I've seen this group of actors. The jokes are funny, the characters are believable and doing things we might be doing. Great acting and funny. This film had me giggling so much that my cheeks hurt. I guess you really can't judge a movie by it's case.

my fiancee and i went to see this movie and we loved it! it had us laughing the whole time, had adult commedy and things that the kids could laugh at and not understand the adult version! it really made me think about how things are now and how much more simpler they were back then when we didnt have cell phones and computers running our lives! every family needs to spend good quality time together with out distractions like these families did!

Knight and Day Viewer Reviews
Knight and Day

It has been a while since I've sat down to a movie and enjoyed it this much. Yes, it is a silly action flick at times, but primarily it was a mindlessly entertaining escape that wasn't filled with a slew of predictable one-liners. Diaz and Cruise, while not my favorite actors, were endearing and easy to watch. The movie flowed well, had fun action sequences, witty bits, and held my attention from start to finish. Plus, a good ending--how often do we get those??

I will admit to you, when I went to this movie I was not expecting too much. I haven't enjoyed a Tom Cruise movie since Jerry McGuire and had not heard the best reviews.

This movie had thrills, comedy and romance. Cameron Diaz was very entertaining and had great chemistry with Tom Cruise. The stunts were amazing and the action sequences kept you on the edge of your seat. Overall this is a VERY GOOD movie and I was very glad that I took a chance on seeing it despite my reservations.

The movie was enjoyable, however it could have been more believable at times. Does anyone not allowed on a plane due to overbooking and then allowed on the aircraft with hardly anyone on board, and she doesn't question this?

I saw the original Karate Kid when it came out in the 1980s. I would say this was as good or even better than the original. It was fun to watch this movie. Everyone was cheering for the good guys.
