LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — A Chick-fil-A location in Lynchburg, Virginia is looking for help to avoid having to go cashless.
The call for help comes in light of the nationwide coin shortage that has forced some businesses to go cashless or require exact change from customers.
The restaurant announced that for every $10 in rolled coins that you bring into the store, you will receive a card for a free entree for a future purchase.
Customers will also be receiving the same value in paper bills back from the restaurant.
Chick-fil-A will be accepting the coins on Wednesday, July 29 from 9-11 a.m. and between 2-4 p.m. in lane three of the drive-thru.
This is a limited time offer until the restaurant's need is met by the public.
